This commercial project opened in February 2020 for two weeks before the C-19 lockdown. By 2022 things had ramped up and it's a popular massage center. In the last decade I have done either feasibility projects prior to formal application to lease, or the entire leasehold improvement from scratch, or as a renovation. Opened February 2020

As a design consultant with many years of experience in the contract industry, I have learned how to place fixtures and furnishins to maximize the space for function and enhance the ambiance the client wants.
Color Concept: Phoenix rises out of the fire so the color scheme chosen reflected sunrises (new beginnings) and sunsets (rest and relaxation). The cobalt blue represents deep reflection of water at sunrise, and night sky after dusk. Warm, fire colors are accents. |

Tim Horton's Store 2000 had a front window space for corporate charity and sponsorship promotional displays. (see gallery below)

I was assigned display and merchandising for Tim Hortons to give franchisees ideas for props to use with holiday gifts instroduced each year. The props take their cue from products; selected to enhance the Brand.
